• Conduct regular inspections of machinery, and equipment to identify potential issues before they escal
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks such as lubrication, adjustments, cleaning, and part replacements using hand tools and power tools.
• Use diagnostic tools like ohmmeters to troubleshoot electrical systems and ensure proper functioning.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, inspections, repairs, and parts used for tracking and reporting purposes.
• Collaborate with team members to prioritize maintenance schedules and respond promptly to equipment malfunctions or safety concerns.
• Follow safety protocols diligently during all maintenance procedures to uphold a safe working environment.

• Proven mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in equipment & HVAC maintenance.
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic instruments such as ohmmeters.
• Experience performing preventative maintenance tasks on machinery or HVAC is highly .
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues effectively.
• Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and maintenance instructions clearly.
• Excellent attention to detail combined with good organizational skills for record keeping.
• Physical ability to perform manual tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
