Mobile Service Diesel Technician – Agawam, MA Up to $40/HR + Monthly Bonuses | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–4:30 PM NO WEEKENDS

Are you an experienced Heavy-Duty Diesel Technician who enjoys working independently, troubleshooting challenging repairs, and interacting directly with customers?

Fleet Pride is hiring a Mobile Service Diesel Technician in Agawam, MA!

This is a great opportunity to take your skills on the road while still having the stability of a Monday–Friday schedule. You'll operate a company-provided service truck and perform heavy-duty truck and trailer repairs at customer locations.

And the best part? No weekends and NO on-call!

What You'll Do:
  • Mobile diagnostics and repairs.
  • Preventative maintenance & DOT inspections.
  • Air brake systems.
  • Electrical diagnostics.
  • Starting & charging systems.
  • Cooling systems.
  • Drivetrain & differential repairs.
  • Aftertreatment systems.
  • Brakes & wheel ends.
  • Steering & suspension.
  • Alignment-related repairs.
  • Trailer repairs.
  • A/C diagnostics and repairs.
  • Customer-site troubleshooting and emergency repairs.

You’ll also communicate directly with customers, service writers, and management regarding repair progress and recommendations.

What We’re Looking For:
  • 3+ years of heavy-duty diesel truck/trailer repair experience.
  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience with electrical, brakes, suspension, drive trains, cooling systems, and aftertreatment.
  • Preventative maintenance and DOT inspection experience.
  • Basic A/C diagnostic and repair experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Own tools and toolbox.
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
  • CDL is a plus, but not required.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
