Are you an experienced Heavy-Duty Diesel Technician who enjoys working independently, troubleshooting challenging repairs, and interacting directly with customers?
Fleet Pride is hiring a Mobile Service Diesel Technician in Agawam, MA!This is a great opportunity to take your skills on the road while still having the stability of a Monday–Friday schedule. You'll operate a company-provided service truck and perform heavy-duty truck and trailer repairs at customer locations.

You’ll also communicate directly with customers, service writers, and management regarding repair progress and recommendations.
What We’re Looking For:- 3+ years of heavy-duty diesel truck/trailer repair experience.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with electrical, brakes, suspension, drive trains, cooling systems, and aftertreatment.
- Preventative maintenance and DOT inspection experience.
- Basic A/C diagnostic and repair experience preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Own tools and toolbox.
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
- CDL is a plus, but not required.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
