• Build and enhance user-facing web applications and internal tools that improve business operations.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to bring new concepts to life.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code that ensures long-term stability and scalability.
• Continuously improve systems and processes to make development faster and more reliable.
• Help design and maintain software solutions that integrate smoothly within a larger ecosystem.
• Participate in code reviews and team discussions that drive learning and experimentation.

• Degree, certification, or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Approximately 3+ years of professional development experience (flexible for strong early-career candidates).
• Experience working with a modern backend framework and building REST‑based services.
• Exposure to continuous integration tools and cloud‑based deployment pipelines.
• Frontend development experience with a modern JavaScript framework (open to any library or stack).
• Familiarity with SQL or similar relational databases and comfort working with web protocols.
• A problem‑solving mindset, eagerness to learn new technologies, and a collaborative, team‑first attitude.

The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company's 401(k) retirement plan.
