Opportunity

Overview

Be a technical driver for NPI test and manufacturing readiness across platforms and instrumentation (Digital/Analog/RF/DC). You’ll architect automation, data/AI systems, and cross-site standards that lift quality, throughput, and time-to-detect—and lead small to medium projects with visibility across Operations, Design, and Programs.

All About You

We are seeking a Mid–Senior Level Electrical Engineer specializing in test engineering to support both new product introduction (NPI) and ongoing manufacturing operations. This role involves hands‑on testing, hardware debugging, developing test strategies, improving production processes, and collaborating closely with Design, Software Engineering, and Contract Manufacturers (CMs).

  • B.S. in Engineering (Electrical Engineering/Engineering Technology or related disciplines)
  • 5+ years of experience in Process/Test/NPI (ATE or adjacent). Strong track record delivering test processes into Pilot/HVM
  • Hands‑on with instrumentation (oscilloscopes/DMMs, RF a Plus: VNA, spectrum/signal generators)
  • Strong automation and data skills a plus (Python/Perl; C#/; SQL; SPC/CPK; yield analytics)
  • Demonstrated leadership: drives cross-functional closure on FA/RCCA, risk burn-down, and transfer to HVM
  • Experience collaborating with Project Technical Leads or similar technical leadership roles
  • Ability to travel domestically/internationally to pilot lines and manufacturing sites as needed (10–25%)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience shaping data schemas/logging standards for automated tests; building operator-friendly dashboards (e.g., Power BI) for near-real-time detection.
  • System-level integration across multiple instrument domains (Digital/AC/DC/RF) and across product lines.

We are only considering candidates local to position location or candidates who are willing to relocate at their own expense. We are unable to provide relocation for this position.
