Our expert team of land development professionals is looking for a new Building And Safety Associate! Pay is starting from $60,000/yr
We are a seasoned development and planning consulting firm based in Agoura Hills, California. For the past 25 years, we have been worked tirelessly to assist hundreds of clients throughout Central and Southern California in achieving their development aspirations and construction dreams! The strategy, logistics, and analytics required for obtaining the necessary entitlements and permits for these complex residential, commercial, agricultural, municipal and industrial projects requires a coordinated approach.
We draw from the talents of our many associates, expert partners, and work in collaboration with publics to achieve success in many arenas. From the conceptual design phase to the start of construction, we provide the requisite permitting services and coordinate with our clients in a grand effort to bring exciting and illustrious projects to reality. While it's rarely easy, we always manage to make it fun and rewarding.
Currently, we are seeking out a talented professional to join our dynamic team. We would prefer that applicants have:
- At least five years of professional experience as a building inspector, plan checker, construction management professional, and/or safety or private sector expediting consultant
- Someone with a specific understanding of Title 24, Green Building, California Environmental Standards, and Seismic Building, MEP, Chapter 7, and more.
- A specific understanding of all the 2019 California Building Codes and the nuances between different Cities, Counties, as they are constantly evolving.
- A leader who is familiar with managing and processing complex entitlements for coastal development projects.

Excellent professional writing abilities - Organizational and time management habits
- Knowledge of Bluebeam, CAD, Sketch Up, BIM and other similar programs is definitely a plus!
