Teradyne’s Silicon Technology Engineering (STE) group is seeking a Junior Bench Characterization Engineer to support new product development. This role creates detailed bench-level test plans, develops software to drive bench equipment for automated measurements, processes data, and presents results to senior engineers.
The candidate will work with mixed-signal ASIC design, verification, and ATE test teams to ensure device performance validation.
