Job DescriptionJoin our team as a remote Service Desk Technician on a contract basis, providing technical support to various locations with unique infrastructure needs.
You will handle support requests, document issues, and ensure excellent customer service while using various technologies.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer service by demonstrating empathy and understanding.
- Utilize knowledge bases to troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Support connectivity and troubleshooting for various devices and systems.
- Manage remote desktop and network configurations.
- Handle critical issues with urgency and escalate as needed.
- 2 years of experience in technical support or customer service roles.
- Technical degree or relevant certifications preferred.
- Experience with service management software is a plus.
- Strong communication and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work in high-pressure environments.
