Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Execute digital marketing campaigns across email, social media, landing pages, and content marketing channels.
• Build, QA, and deploy email campaigns using templates and HTML.
• Manage audience segmentation, targeting, and customer lifecycle marketing programs (acquisition, lead nurturing, retention, loyalty, and re-engagement).
• Maintain campaign calendars and coordinate creative assets with cross-functional teams.
• Design and analyze A/B and multivariate tests to optimize campaign performance.
• Monitor and report on key performance metrics, including website traffic, engagement, conversion rates, deliverability, and campaign ROI.
• Support SEO and SEM initiatives, including keyword research, on-page optimization, paid search campaigns, and performance tracking.
• Create and optimize digital content, including social media posts, blogs, landing pages, and marketing assets.
• Leverage analytics tools to generate actionable insights and recommend improvements across channels.

• Experience executing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns.
• Proficiency with email marketing platforms, marketing automation tools, and HTML email editing.
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, paid search, social media marketing, and content marketing strategies.
• Experience with audience segmentation, customer journey orchestration, and lifecycle marketing.
• Proficiency with web and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, marketing automation reporting).
• Experience designing and evaluating A/B testing and conversion optimization initiatives.
• Strong analytical, reporting, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Agoura Hills, CA.

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $38.46/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Agoura Hills,CA.
