Our client is an AV rated law firm in California law firm with a strong track record of success in civil litigation defense. The firm is seeking a motivated and skilled General Liability Attorney to join its team in Agoura Hills.

• Handle a caseload of general liability matters from inception through resolution.
• Draft and argue motions, pleadings, and discovery responses.
• Meet
  billable hour expectations

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active membership in the California State Bar.
• 2–5 years of litigation experience
  , with an emphasis on general liability.
• Strong legal writing, research, and oral advocacy skills.

The annual salary for this position is between $130,000 – $180,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
