Develop deep expertise in geriatric psychiatry, including dementia‑related behaviors, depression, anxiety, and complex neurocognitive conditions.

Practice independently while being fully supported by a dedicated medical assistant and medical scribe, allowing you to spend your time where it matters most—patient care.

Your Responsibilities Include
  • Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations for geriatric patients in home and facility‑based settings.
  • Diagnose and manage mood disorders, anxiety disorders, dementia‑related behavioral symptoms, and other psychiatric conditions.
  • Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications with careful consideration of comorbidities and geriatric physiology.
  • Provide crisis intervention, behavioral guidance, and family education when clinically indicated.
  • Collaborate with primary care providers, therapists, and facility care teams to ensure coordinated, whole‑person care.
  • Build trusted relationships with patients, caregivers, families, and community partners.
  • Maintain consistent, accurate clinical documentation and follow‑through.
Compensation & Benefits Competitive Compensation
  • Guaranteed Base Salary + Productivity
  • Total annual compensation range: $150,000–$200,000+, based on experience, caseload, and availability.

What You’ll Bring
  • NP/PA:
    Current, active, and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license in good standing in the state of practice required and must be maintained throughout employment.
  • Experience in geriatric psychiatry, long‑term care, or mobile healthcare preferred.
  • Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and comfort working independently with remote support.
  • A compassionate, patient‑centered approach with respect for seniors and their families.
