Duties And Responsibilities
- Process Incoming Sales Orders
- Perform sales invoicing in ERP
- Facilitate daily shipment of customer orders
- Facilitate customer returns
- Process credit memos
- Book other billing transactions
- Process sales rep trunk stock replenishment
- Communicate with reps regarding trunk inventory, sales orders
- Resolve customer questions regarding sales orders
- Resolve sales rep questions regarding sales orders
- 3 to 5 years billing experience in high volume environment
- Intermediate skills in Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point
- Prior ERP experience, Oracle ERP experience a big plus
- Strong work ethic
- Excellent customer service skills
