Agoura Hills, CA – Dealer Account Manager – Merchant Services

Now Pay is a full‑service ISO/MSP that offers merchant services, business software, and payment technology solutions to small, medium, and large businesses. • Contact mostly warm leads to sell Now Pay’s payment processing services, including merchant accounts for credit, debit, ACH, hardware, and software. Perform occasional cold calling.
• Analyze merchant statements, pricing, hardware, and software to determine business needs and offer appropriate products and services.
• Prepare and present sales presentations, proposals, and merchant agreements.
• Explain cost‑saving solutions and build business relationships with current merchants.
• Manage sales pipeline and update records accordingly.
• Collect required documentation for underwriting and assist merchants through boarding and activation.
• Partner with operations to ensure a seamless transition.

• Assist existing merchants via email and phone, responding quickly and professionally.
• Address merchant inquiries regarding transaction history, rates/fees, statements, deposits, and technical issues with hardware and software.
• Document support results thoroughly.
• Program and install equipment and services for merchants.
• Assist management with other operational and sales needs as required.

• Sales and customer service experience required.
• Ability to navigate a startup environment.
• Prior management roles are a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, interpersonal, customer orientation, team interaction, problem solving, and multitasking skills.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other sales tools.
• Understanding of card brand rules and regulations is a plus.

• Base salary $40,000–$63,000 inclusive of bonus structure. Exact starting compensation determined at hire based on location, skill set, experience, education, credentials, and licensure when applicable.
