Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role located in Shuwihk for an Administrative Specialist. The Administrative Specialist will handle various administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the business. Responsibilities include providing administrative assistance, optimizing office processes, ensuring effective communication within the team, assisting with customer service inquiries, and managing financial documentation and records.
Qualifications- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proficiency in Analytical Skills and Problem Solving
- Experience in Administrative Assistance and Office Management
- Basic knowledge and skills in Finance and budgeting support
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in using office software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, email communication)
- Previous experience in the coffee or hospitality industry is a plus
