We are seeking an experienced Coordinator to join our team supporting a prestigious K Company Project. This position is ideal for professionals with strong coordination, planning and administrative skills who enjoy working in a fast-paced industrial environment.
Summary- Shall report to Company Supervisors and will work on Work Request / Work Order and assist the Company staff in the preparation and following of contract specification, cleaning scheduling and personnel attendances.
- Preparation of reports, material requests etc.
- Dispatch all forms of communication (Work Order, Work Request etc.).
- Assist in data collection for preparation of reports.
- Bachelor’s degree in Admin / Management / Diploma in Engg. in relevant discipline.
- Must be well acquainted in using PCs and general oice software applications.
- Must be fluent in both written and spoken English.
- Must have five (5) years experience in relevant discipline.
- Must be familiar with planning of cleaning schedule.
