WE ARE HIRING:
Contract Officer (Oil
- Gas) – Kuwait
We are looking for an experienced contracts professional to manage the end-to‑end tendering and contracting process in Kuwait.
RoleContract Officer
LocationAhmadi, Kuwait
SalaryCompetitive (commensurate with experience)
Key Responsibilities- Monitor, download, and manage bids/tenders using the K‑Tendering portal (KOC, KNPC, CAPT).
- Coordinate with technical and estimation teams to compile competitive commercial and technical proposals.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, subcontracts and NDAs.
- Manage variation orders, contract extensions, and claims.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Law, Quantity Surveying or a related field.
- Proven experience in the Kuwait Oil & Gas industry.
- Expertise with K‑Tendering and CAPT regulations.
- Strong negotiation skills and high attention to detail.
- Fluency in English (Arabic proficiency is a strong advantage).
