Field HSE Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Lifting SME to join our team on a major field development project in North Kuwait.

This is a senior, high-accountability role embedded within a large-scale integrated drilling and facilities operation, with direct client interface on all lifting and regulatory matters.

What the role covers:

• End-to-end ownership of the project Mechanical Lifting Programme: planning, lift plan review and approval, lift categorisation, equipment register management, and execution oversight of Critical and Non-Routine lifts
• Direct interface with the client Lifting Authority for plan submission and regulatory compliance
• Competency assessment and supervision of lifting crews across multiple simultaneous drilling contractors
• Audit and compliance management across all project phases, from pad construction through well testing and production
• LEEA Appointed Person certification (or internationally recognised equivalent)
• Minimum 8 years in dedicated ML supervisory or SME roles in onshore O&G environments
• Demonstrated experience managing lifting programmes in multi-contractor setting
• Candidates with additional experience and credentials in Dropped Objects Prevention programme management and DROPS system auditing will stand out

Desired Candidate Profile

LEEA Appointed Person certification (or internationally recognised equivalent)

Minimum 8 years in dedicated ML supervisory or SME roles in onshore O&G environments

Demonstrated experience managing lifting programmes in multi-contractor setting

Candidates with additional experience and credentials in Dropped Objects Prevention programme management and DROPS system auditing will stand out
