• Strategic Financial Leadership
• Develop and implement the Group's financial strategy in alignment with business objectives.
• Provide strategic financial advice to the Managing Director and Executive Management.
• Support business expansion, investment decisions, and long-term growth initiatives.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and scenario analysis.
• Financial Management & Control
• Oversee all accounting and finance activities across the Group.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in accordance with applicable standards.
• Monitor profitability, cash flow, working capital, and financial performance.
• Develop dashboards and management reports to support executive decision-making.
• Banking & Treasury
• Manage relationships with local and international banks.
• Oversee Bank Facilities Including
• Letters of Credit (LCs)
• Letter of Guarantees (LGs)
• Performance Bonds
• Tender Bonds
• Overdrafts
• Trade Finance
• Optimize banking facilities and financing structures.
• Business Performance & Governance
• Develop and monitor KPIs across departments.
• Improve internal controls, financial policies, SOPs, and governance frameworks.
• Lead financial risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Support continuous business process improvement.
• Commercial & Operational Support
• Work closely with Commercial and Operations Departments to monitor project profitability.
• Review major tenders, commercial risks, pricing strategies, and contract terms from a financial perspective.
• Monitor gross margins, cost performance, and operational efficiency.
• Leadership
• Lead, mentor, and develop the Finance team.
• Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and high performance.
• Collaborate effectively with all business units across the organization.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent professional qualification is highly preferred.
• Minimum 12-15 Years Of Progressive Finance Experience.
• At least 5 years in a senior financial leadership role.
• Experience Within One Or More Of The Following Sectors
• Energy
• Oil & Gas
• Industrial Trading
• Engineering Supply
• EPC support
• Strong Knowledge Of
• Financial planning & analysis
• Treasury management
• Banking facilities
• Trade finance
• Budgeting & forecasting
• Internal controls
• ERP systems (Odoo experience is an advantage)
