- Assist in developing and executing the annual recruitment plan aligned with manpower planning and business growth.
- Participate in updating, reviewing, and conducting agreement with various recruitment sourcing and evaluate their performance annually.
- Lead end‑to‑end recruitment activities which includes sourcing, screening, interviews, selection, offers and onboarding.
- Oversee interview scheduling, assessments and reference checks for companies; ensure a professional, positive candidate experience.
- Monitor and report recruitment metrics (time‑to‑fill, cost‑per‑hire, source effectiveness, offer‑acceptance rate, quality of hire) and recommend improvements.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes, systems and tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- 7 years of recruitment experience, including at least 3 years in a senior recruiter or team‑lead role.
- Proven track record managing multiple vacancies and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, assessment methods and sourcing strategies.
- Hands‑on experience with SAP ERP, Recruitment Systems, Recruitment sources & Tools and MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint for reporting).
