Senior Toolpusher-Land Rigs

We are seeking
Senior Toolpushers
with 2500HP and above in deep drilling land rig operationsto be based in Kuwait.

• Direct and control all operational functions of the rig, including drilling, movement, and maintenance.
• Ensure that drilling operations are conducted safely, efficiently, and in accordance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of rig crew members to maintain a high level of productivity and safety.
• Oversee the work of Toolpushers on both day and night shifts, ensuring consistency in operations and safety practices.
• Monitor and maintain equipment to ensure proper functionality and reduce downtime.
• Troubleshoot and address any issues that may arise during drilling operations.
• Foster a culture of safety and compliance, ensuring that all team members adhere to safety protocols and procedures.
• Serve as the primary liaison between the rig crew and the Rig Manager, ensuring effective communication and coordination of operations.
• Coordinate with other departments, such as logistics, maintenance, and safety, to ensure that all aspects of the drilling operation are aligned and supported.
• Maintain accurate records of drilling activities and equipment maintenance.

• High school diploma or equivalent. Additional technical or vocational training in drilling operations is preferred.
• Experience of 3+years as a Senior Toolpusher with mandatory experience in 2500HP and above in deep drilling land rig operations.
• Valid Well Control Certification (IWCF or IADC).
• Safety training certifications (e.g., H2S, First Aid, Firefighting).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
• Commitment to safety and adherence to safety protocols.
