R & D Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated R D Manager to lead our research and development activities and support the company's strategic growth objectives.

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Chemical Engineers.
• Drive the development and enhancement of lubricant products.
• Conduct technical and commercial research for customized customer solutions.
• Manage relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, OEMs, and industry standards organizations.
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and product recommendations to customers.
• Oversee laboratory operations, testing equipment calibration, and Quality Management Systems (QMS).
• Ensure product data sheets and technical documentation remain up to date.
• Support marketing initiatives through the creation of technical content.

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the lubricant manufacturing industry.
• At least 2 years of experience in a managerial role.
• Proven expertise in lubricant formulation, product development, and market research.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills.
• Experience with ERP systems, SAP, and Microsoft Office.
• Established network of raw material suppliers and manufacturers.
• Fluent in English.
