Salesman

We are in need of a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our rapidly growing team in Al Ahmadi Kuwait.

As a Sales Representative you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities as well as maintaining relationships with existing clients.

You must have excellent communication skills in English and be proficient in the use of biometric passport systems.

This is a fast‑paced and urgent role so we are looking for someone who can hit the ground running and thrive in a competitive environment.

This position offers a salary of 1600$ per month along with potential for commission based on performance. Indian nationals with experience in sales are preferred for this position.

• Identify potential clients through networking, cold calling, and other means.
• Build relationships with key decision makers to understand their needs and offer suitable solutions.
• Generate sales leads and follow up on them to convert them into customers.
• Achieve monthly sales targets set by the company.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer information using our CRM system.
• Continuously monitor market trends and competitors activities to identify new business opportunities.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Sales or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in B2B sales or direct sales.
• Excellent communication skills in English both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with biometric passport systems preferred but not required.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Self‑motivated with strong negotiation skills.
