Scaffolding Business Development​/Sales Engineer

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated professional specialized in the marketing and business development of scaffolding services. The candidate will be responsible for promoting the company's scaffolding solutions, developing relationships with engineering, construction, oil & gas companies, and securing new projects and business opportunities.

• Market and promote the company's scaffolding services to engineering, construction, industrial, and oil & gas sectors.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and projects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders.
• Prepare and deliver technical and commercial presentations to prospective clients.
• Participate in tendering processes and support the preparation of technical and commercial proposals.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and upcoming projects.
• Negotiate contracts and commercial agreements to maximize business growth.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's revenue growth.
• Coordinate with operations and project teams to ensure successful project execution.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in scaffolding sales, business development, or project acquisition.
• Strong network within engineering, construction, industrial, and oil & gas sectors.
• Proven track record in securing projects and generating new business opportunities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Valid driving license is preferred.
• Fluency in English;
  Arabic is an advantage.
