Are you an experienced with a strong background in the We re looking for a driven and results-oriented individual to join our team and accelerate business growth in Kuwait.
Responsibilities- Drive B2B lubricants sales by acquiring new customers and growing existing accounts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners
- Achieve sales targets through effective planning and execution
- Identify new business opportunities and monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Provide technical support and product recommendations before and after sales
- Support sales strategy budgeting forecasting and business planning
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in B2B lubricants sales within a competitive market.
- Strong business development, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to provide technical product support to customers.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
- Proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven.
