- Prospect for potential customers using various methods such as cold calling, networking events, and social media platforms.

- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
- Keep up‑to‑date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities.
- Provide accurate sales reports and forecasts to management.
- Proven work experience as a Sales Executive or similar role.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence others.
- Self‑motivated with a results‑driven approach.
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Must be fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Valid work permit; visa sponsorship in Al Ahmadi for non‑Kuwaiti nationals.
