Sales Manager

Overview

We are currently seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Sales Manager to join our team in Al Ahmadi. As a Senior Sales Manager you will be responsible for leading and managing our sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and building and maintaining relationships with clients.

• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve company targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue.
• Identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the game.
• Provide guidance, training and support to the sales team.
• Prepare regular sales reports for management review.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in sales management or a similar role.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of market trends and competition in the industry.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks effectively.

We offer a competitive salary package of 1100$ per month.

This position is located in Al Ahmadi.

This is a full‑time position with working hours from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday.

This position does not include accommodation. Candidates must arrange their own housing in Al Ahmadi.
