Sales Manager; English Speaking

Profession Sales Manager City Al Ahmadi Kuwait We are hiring a Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in Al Ahmadi Kuwait As a Sales Manager you will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve company sales targets and objectives The ideal candidate should have excellent English speaking skills and be able to communicate effectively with clients from different backgrounds

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase company revenue
• Manage and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets
• Build strong relationships with new and existing clients through regular communication and follow-up
• Conduct market research to identify potential growth opportunities
• Prepare monthly quarterly and annual sales reports for the management team
• Collaborate with marketing department to develop promotional campaigns
• Train new sales staff on company products services and selling techniques

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field
• Proven work experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the English-speaking market
• Excellent communication skills in English both written and verbal
• Strong leadership and management abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
• Familiarity with CRM software is a plus

The salary for this position is 1300$ per month

This is a full-time job with working hours from 9am to 6pm Sunday through Thursday

We do not offer visa sponsorship for this position Candidates must have their own valid visa to work in Kuwait

This position does not require any prior experience Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

A bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field is required for this position

We prefer candidates who are currently located in Al Ahmadi Kuwait

This job is open to both Kuwaiti nationals and foreigners who have a valid visa to work in Kuwait
