Crane operator

We are seeking a skilled crane operator to join our team in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait. As a crane operator you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating various types of cranes to lift, move and position heavy materials and equipment on construction sites. This is a physically demanding role that requires excellent hand‑eye coordination, spatial awareness and the ability to work at heights.

• Safely operate different types of cranes such as tower cranes, mobile cranes and overhead cranes according to job requirements.
• Inspect and maintain the cranes’ mechanical and electrical systems to ensure safe operation.
• Use hand signals or radios to communicate with ground crew during lifts.
• Rig loads properly and attach them securely to the cranes’ hoist or hook.
• Perform necessary safety checks before each lift.
• Lift, move and position materials or equipment according to instructions from supervisors.
• Follow all safety procedures and regulations while operating the crane.
• Keep accurate records of lifts performed.

• Minimum of 2 years experience as a crane operator in a construction or industrial setting.
• Valid biometric passport for non‑Kuwaiti nationals.
• Ability to speak English fluently; basic Arabic is also preferred but not required.
• Physically fit with no physical limitations that would prevent safe operation of a crane.
• Excellent hand‑eye coordination and spatial awareness.
• Ability to work at heights.
• Strong understanding of safety procedures and regulations related to crane operation.

This is a full‑time position with an expected salary of 1300$ per month. The job may require working on weekends or nights depending on project deadlines. Accommodation will be provided for non‑Kuwaiti nationals.
