Artificial Lift Systems (ALS) Field Specialist

As an Artificial Lift Systems – Field Specialist you will execute the operations of ESP equipment and surface equipment in the field, complying with all integrity, quality and safety standards, as well as client regulations across all fields.

Responsibilities include:

• Installing, running, inspecting, modifying and repairing ESP equipment, including pumps, motors, cables and relevant down‑hole equipment at the contractor’s base; making connections at surface and operating the ESP equipment to the satisfaction of the company.
• Carrying out all pre‑commissioning checks and tests to ensure successful start‑up and continuous operation of ESP equipment.
• Providing expertise for troubleshooting, safety precautions and related matters.
• Repairing any breakdowns and maintaining the ESP equipment.
• Installing, operating and maintaining the Y‑tool and VSD system.

To be successful in this role you will:

• Hold a technical related degree (diploma or higher).
• Have at least one year of experience in oil and gas.
• Have previous experience in artificial lift (preferred).
• Have legal right to work in Kuwait.
• Have industry experience and product line training required in ESP.
