Carpenter - Al Ahmadi, Kuwait

A reputable construction company in Al Ahmadi is seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, repairing, and installing structures and fixtures made of wood and other materials. • Indian nationality preferred
• Must have own visa or residency in Kuwait
• No experience required, but previous carpentry experience is an advantage
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Proficient in using hand and power tools
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Measure, cut, shape, join, and install wood and other materials according to specifications
• Install cabinets, doors, windows, staircases, frames, roofing systems, and other wooden structures
• Repair or replace damaged or rotting wood pieces in existing structures
• Follow safety procedures when working with tools and equipment
• Collaborate with other construction workers to complete projects on time
• Maintain tools and equipment in good condition

• High school diploma or equivalent education is required
• Completion of an apprenticeship program or vocational training in carpentry is preferred but not required

• Skilled in using various hand and power tools such as hammers, saws, drills, levels, and chisels
• Knowledgeable in different types of wood materials and their uses
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately
• Good communication skills for collaborating with colleagues and understanding project requirements
