Role

Summary:

Play a key role in managing and supporting the global engagement team at Ahmedabad University.

Responsibilities:
Support in expanding the international partner network with related research and outreach, and organisation of workshops, events, and campus visits from partner universities.
Plan and initiate activities with the student community that foster awareness about global education opportunities. Oversee services supporting international students’ academic success, cultural integration, and well-being.
Develop a communication plan for robust engagement across internal and external stakeholders, including designing a calendar of events, highlighting student success stories, managing digital platforms (social media, website updates, webinars), preparing presentations, reports, newsletters, and developing impactful promotional and outreach materials.
Prepare, organise and manage efficient systems and processes for data management, standard operating procedures, digital/paper files and legal documents, and other channels for efficient conduct of initiatives.
Conduct basic research on internationalization trends, peers/national/global data on success and best practices and create knowledge articles/short stories on global education topics

Key Requirements:

Strong work ethics and self-motivated
Good organisational, interpersonal and management skills
Strong written and oral communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant platforms
Ability to work both independently and in teams
Competent in multi-tasking and desire to learn
