Key Responsibilities
Coordinate overall floor activities to ensure smooth operations throughout the day, maintaining a high standard of readiness and efficiency.
Manage and track deliveries, ensuring timely and accurate receipt of materials essential for the Chairperson's office.
Be present before the Chairperson's arrival and stay until their departure to oversee arrangements and address any immediate requirements.
Oversee facility readiness, including cleanliness, setup, and availability of resources to support daily operations and special events.
Maintain flexibility with working hours, including late-night availability when needed, to accommodate the dynamic schedule of the Chairperson.

Required Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in administrative or operational roles, preferably within a corporate or high-profile environment.
Proven track record of managing logistics, facilities, and event coordination.
Proficiency in English and Gujarati language for effective communication.
