Executive Assistant to MD/Chairman
Location - Ahmedabad
Education
- B.Tech / B.E and MBA
Experience - 15years as EA in Corporate Office / Chairman Office / Board Coordination
Job Responsibilities
Calendar and priority management for chairman which also includes meeting invitations, align attendees, events and travel schedule
Communication and correspondence which includes streamline, drafting and manage email communications, internal notes, and official correspondence Responding to emails and document requests on behalf of chairman.
meeting notes and coordination with stakeholder leaderships, prepare meeting agendas, MOMs, etc.,
Follow ups and action tracking by maintain a structured action tracker / dashboard for chairman
Documentation and confidential records by maintaining records, files, and confidential records
Business reporting and presentation support by preparing presentations, executive summaries, dashborads,etc.,
Travel and logistics coordination by doing end to end travel arrangements, itinerary planning, bookings, confirmations, Etc.
Stakeholder management and professional engagement by handling stakeholders and chairman meetings, etc.,
