Responsibilities:
• Support daily admin and operational tasks
• Assist with guest communication (Airbnb & booking platforms)
• Coordinate with cleaners, maintenance vendors, and internal teams
• Update calendars, pricing, and listings
• Maintain reports, records, and documentation
• Assist with onboarding new properties
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree (mandatory)
• English-medium education required
• Minimum 2.5 years of relevant experience (admin, hospitality, customer support, or operations)
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Strong organizational and computer skills
• Comfortable working US night shifts (IST)
Preferred:
• Experience with Airbnb or property management
• Familiarity with PMS tools
• Prior experience supporting US-based clients
Previous experience in property management or real estate is a plus
