Job Title:

Executive Assistant to the CEO

Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to
our CEO. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the CEO's schedule,
coordinating travel arrangements, preparing correspondence, and handling confidential
matters. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and able to work in a fast
- paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage the CEO's

Schedule:

Coordinate and manage the CEO's calendar, ensuring
that all appointments, meetings, and events are scheduled and confirmed.
2. Travel Arrangements:
Book travel arrangements, accommodations, and transportation
for the CEO, as well as prepare and manage travel itineraries.
3. Correspondence and Communication:
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and
presentations on behalf of the CEO, as well as respond to emails, phone calls, and other
inquiries.
4. Confidential Matters:
Handle confidential and sensitive matters, including personnel
issues, financial information, and other sensitive topics.
5. Special Projects:
Assist with special projects and initiatives, such as coordinating events,
managing budgets, and conducting research.
6. Team Support:
Provide administrative support to other members of the executive team,
as needed.
7. Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including files, databases,
and other documents.

Requirements:
1.

Education:

BBA / MBA, Communications, or a related field.
2.

Experience:

Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
3.

Skills:

A) Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
B) Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and other productivity software.
C) Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
D) Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
E) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
4. Personal Qualities:
A) Proactive and anticipatory approach to supporting the CEO.
B) High level of discretion and confidentiality.
C) Positive attitude and professional demeanor
