Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Ahmedabad for an Admin Executive. The Admin Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day office operations, overseeing administrative tasks, coordinating between departments, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures. Additional tasks may include organizing meetings, handling correspondence, preparing reports, and providing support to management to ensure efficient office operations.
Qualifications
Proficiency in administrative and organizational skills, including the ability to manage schedules, meetings, and correspondence

Experience with documentation, record-keeping, and preparation of reports
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to coordinate with various teams and stakeholders
Technical proficiency with office productivity software and tools like Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work efficiently in an on-site role while maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
Previous experience in administrative roles within industrial or technical sectors is an advantage
