Job Description – Deputy Manager / Manager (CSR)

Position:  Deputy Manager / Manager – Corporate Social Responsibility
Experience

Required:

3–5 years in CSR project management, documentation, and stakeholder engagement

Location:

Corporate Office, Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Key Responsibilities
Program Implementation & Monitoring
Coordinate and oversee CSR programs/events/campaigns across plant sites and communities.
Conduct daily ground-level needs assessments and mitigate challenges.
Ensure compliance with CSR regulations and MCA guidelines.
Documentation & Reporting
Prepare program reports, annual CSR reports, and impact assessment documents.
Maintain sector-specific documentation and communication materials (booklets, presentations, social media posts).
Support applications for awards and recognition.
Stakeholder Engagement
Collaborate with government bodies, NGOs, foundations, and institutes for impactful projects.
Build partnerships for sustainable CSR initiatives.
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders during events and campaigns.
Strategic Development
Identify and design new CSR programs aligned with Zydus CSR pillars (Swasthya, Shiksha, Shodh, Saksham, Saath, Employee Volunteering).
Explore opportunities for expansion into new geographies and global programs.
Support budgeting, approvals, and financial utilization checks.
Team Support & Leadership
Guide and train junior staff (Senior Executive and Office Assistant).
Ensure smooth coordination and accountability across CSR pillars.
Key Skills Required

Experience in CSR project management and compliance.
Ability to coordinate multi-site programs and events.
Networking and collaboration with external partners.
Analytical skills for impact assessment and social audits.
Proficiency in MS Office, report writing, and presentation design.
Role Differentiation (Two Positions)
Manager – Sector Focus:  Responsible for specialized CSR pillars (e.g., Education, Healthcare, Environment).
Manager – Site Focus:  Responsible for plant site/community-based programs, local coordination, and monitoring.
