The AVP/DVP – Private Client Group (PCG) will be responsible for leading and scaling Tipsons’ high-net-worth (HNI) and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNI) client business. The role will drive client acquisition, relationship management, revenue growth, team performance, and overall strategy for the PCG vertical.
This is a senior leadership role requiring strong market credibility, relationship depth, strategic thinking and execution excellence.
Strategic Leadership
Define and execute the overall PCG strategy in alignment with Tipsons Group’s business objectives.
Build and scale the PCG business with a clear focus on sustainable revenue growth and profitability.
Identify new business opportunities, market segments and product strategies.
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
Develop and nurture long-term relationships with HNI / UHNI clients, promoters, business families and family offices.
Personally manage key marquee relationships and act as a trusted advisor.
Drive client acquisition through referrals, networking, alliances and market presence.
Revenue & Business Growth
Own AUM, revenue, and profitability targets for the PCG vertical.
Ensure high wallet share and client engagement.
Team Building & People Leadership
Build, mentor and lead a high-performing team of relationship managers, dealers and support staff.
Set clear performance goals, conduct regular reviews and ensure capability building.
Create a strong performance culture with high ethical standards.
Product & Advisory Excellence
Work closely with research, product and investment teams to deliver high-quality advisory solutions.
Ensure suitability, compliance and best-in-class client experience.
Provide market insights and guidance to clients during different market cycles.
Governance & Compliance
Ensure all activities are in line with regulatory requirements, internal policies and compliance standards.
Uphold the highest standards of integrity, transparency and client trust.

AUM growth (new + existing clients)
Revenue & profitability of PCG vertical
Client acquisition and retention metrics
Team productivity and performance
Client satisfaction and relationship depth
Desired Profile
Education
MBA / CA / CFA or equivalent from a reputed institute.
Experience
8–12+ years of experience in Wealth Management / Private Banking / Broking / PCG with at least 5+ years in a leadership role.
Proven track record of managing HNI/UHNI relationships and building high-performing teams.
Strong understanding of capital markets, products and investment advisory.
