Looking for a skilled Project Manager to join our crew! We're seeking a dynamic individual in project management, coupled with a technical flair for product design processes and the leadership finesse to guide the team.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the planning and execution of product design projects, ensuring adherence to project scope, timeline, and budget constraints.
Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design engineers, industrial designers, prototyping specialists, and other project stakeholders, to drive project progress and deliverables.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and timelines, identifying critical milestones and resource requirements to support project objectives.
Conduct risk assessments, issue resolution, and change management processes to address potential project challenges and ensure project alignment with client requirements.
Manage project budgets and resource allocation, tracking project expenditures, and ensuring cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members, providing leadership, guidance, and support to ensure project success.
Manage client interactions and expectations, including project status updates, milestone reviews, and stakeholder engagement, to foster strong client relationships and satisfaction.
Monitor project performance metrics, collect project data, and generate reports for management review and decision-making.
Identify opportunities for process improvements, best practices, and lessons learned to enhance project management efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electronics Engineering is mandatory.
Master’s degree in Industrial Design, Strategic Design Management, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field is preferred.
Proven experience in project management within a product design or engineering environment, with a strong understanding of product development processes, design methodologies, and project lifecycle management.
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage cross-functional project teams, driving project delivery and collaboration across different disciplines to achieve project goals.
Proficiency in project management tools and software, including MS Project, Jira, or similar applications, to create project plans, manage resources, and track project progress.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate project team members and stakeholders.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering quality project outcomes and customer satisfaction.
Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is a plus, demonstrating a commitment to professional development and best practices in project management.
