About the project :
We are launching a new   Quick Service Restaurant (QSR)   brand focused on high-quality American-style burgers, sides, and fast-casual comfort food. We are looking for an experienced   Chef Consultant   who has previously worked with similar burger/QSR brands and can help us develop a complete, scalable menu and kitchen system.

Key responsibilities :
Develop a   complete burger-focused menu   (burgers, fries, sides, sauces, beverages)
Create   standardized recipes   with exact quantities and taste consistency
Build   food costing sheets   and help optimize food cost %
Guide on ingredient sourcing and vendor selection
Design   kitchen workflow & equipment list   suitable for a small QSR
Prepare   prep SOPs, cooking SOPs, and service SOPs
Train kitchen staff to execute recipes independently
Conduct trials, menu tasting, and final recipe locking
Provide support during pre-opening and launch phase

Required skills & Experience :
6+ years professional culinary experience
Strong background in   American cuisine  , especially burgers, grilled items, fried items, sauces
Must have worked with   recognised QSR or burger brands   (independent or chain)
Deep understanding of QSR operations, speed of service, and standardization
Ability to design menus that balance taste, scalability, and food cost
Strong knowledge of kitchen layout, equipment selection, hygiene standards
Experience in staff training and system creation
