THE ROLE
As a Tele Sales Executive, you will:
Connect with online & offline leads
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable wellness programs
Build customer trust and strong relationships
Handle objections and convert leads into sales
Follow up through calls, Whats App & SMS
Achieve individual & team sales targets
Maximize your earnings through our performance-based incentive structure

Tele Sales Executive

Location:

A-812, Ratnaakar Nine Square, Opp. ITC Hotel, Ahmedabad – 380015

Working Hours:

10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Working Days:
Monday to Saturday
Weekly Off:
Sunday
Work Mode:
Full-Time | Work From Office
Calling Target: 350 calls/day
⏱️ Talk Time Target: 4 hours/day
Login Time: 9 hours/day
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
✔️ 6 months – 3 years of Tele Sales / Inside Sales experience
✔️ Strong communication skills in Hindi and/or English
✔️ Confident & persuasive communication style
✔️ Target-oriented and performance-driven mindset
✔️ Ability to handle rejection positively
✔️ Basic computer/CRM knowledge
✔️ Positive attitude and willingness to learn
✔️ Strong desire to grow and earn through performance
TRAINING & PROBATION
The first month will be a structured On-the-Job Training (OJT) period covering product, process and science-based training.
Candidates will undergo mock calling and practical assessments during training.

The role follows the company’s HR policies and terms of employment. The initial employment and training period will be subject to successful completion of the required assessments and company evaluation.
