Responsibilities:
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in LC-MS/SFC/HPLC/Prep. method development for all types of chemistry molecule.
Strong understanding of various column chemistry.
Skilled in troubleshooting, instrument maintenance, and calibration.
Lead, train, coach, and mentor a team of motivated young scientists.

Requirements:
Have a passion for HPLC/Prep./LCMS/SFC analysis and characterisation techniques, as well as being open to continuous learning and education.
Creative thinking to spot new techniques and growth opportunities.
Be highly organised with the ability to work independently as well as maintain team cohesion in a fast-paced environment.
Work collaboratively with others and be able to adapt to various work assignments
Must possess a great deal of integrity to maintain confidentiality.
