Role Description

Heer Solutions is seeking a full-time CCTV Technician to join our team in Ahmedabad. The technician will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of CCTV systems and associated hardware. Daily tasks include configuring, testing, and calibrating security systems, assessing and resolving technical issues, and ensuring proper functioning of surveillance equipment. This is an on-site role that requires hands-on technical expertise and a commitment to delivering efficient solutions to our clients.

Qualifications

Technical proficiency in installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of CCTV surveillance systems, including hardware, cabling, and software.
Knowledge of security systems such as Access Control Systems, Intrusion Alarm Systems, and Video Door Phones.

Experience with electrical wiring and low voltage system integration, particularly in ELV solutions.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to perform diagnostics and repairs on technical equipment.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Relevant certifications or technical qualifications in electronics, telecommunications, or a related field are preferred.
Prior experience in the installation and maintenance of automation and security systems is advantageous.
