SMX is seeking an Exercise Manpower & Logistics Analyst to support US Space Forces Indo-Pacific (SFI). The Manpower & Logistics Analyst will provide timely entry of data into SFI systems while also acting as travel administrator in support of theater-level exercises.
This position requires the ability to obtain a DoD Secret security clearance and US citizenship.

- The primary responsibility of this role is the accurate and timely entry of data into systems for all US Space Forces Indo-Pacific (SFI) supported exercises.
- Act as a Defense Travel System (DTS) administrator, managing travel authorizations and vouchers for exercise personnel.
- Support the full Reception, Staging, Onward Movement, and Integration of these forces by coordinating their in-processing, training facilities, lodging, and transportation to ensure mission readiness.
- Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
- Ability to communicate and coordinate with allies and partner nations, including their respective commands.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office 365 products.
- Highly organized as all focus areas require tracking multiple processes, maintaining a large amount of data, and creating products for multiple countries simultaneously.
- Excellent technical writing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer focused.
- Capacity to learn new systems rapidly and adapt quickly to change.
- Experience with US Space Forces Indo-Pacific (SFI).
- Intra-agency or joint command experience.
- International engagement or exercise planning experience.
- Familiarity with Joint Training Tool (JTT) and the Joint Manning Document (JMD) Tool.
The proposed salary for this position is: $85,000—$115,000 USD
