Operations Manager
CeLeen, an operating firm of Command Holdings, is seeking SOF Exercise Designers to support Special Operations Command Pacific (SOCPAC) headquartered at Camp H.M. Smith in Hawaii. The SOF Exercise Designers provide exercise planning and scenario development for Table Top Exercises (TTXs), Command Post Exercises, Senior Leader Seminars, Emergency Deployment Readiness Exercises, and Field Training Exercises to achieve commander objectives.
Multiple positions may be hired from this announcement. Expected salary range: $100,000 - $120,000.
Work Environment- Moderate noise (i.e., business office with computers, phone and printers) and/or occasional loud noise (airfield, large equipment).
- Ability to sit at a computer terminal for extended periods.
- Ability to work in confined areas.
- Ability to work in remote and rural environments.
- Ability to sit, stand, talk, and hear while performing job responsibilities.
- Ability to use hands to operate a computer.
- Ability to drive a motor vehicle in city, highway, and rural roads (CONUS and OCONUS).

- Bachelor's degree and 10 years of directly related military experience or 15 years of directly related military experience.
- Current, active TS/SCI security clearance.
- Special operations experience.
- Experience in exercise and scenario design and management.
- Experience conducting joint and coalition operations and training.
- Experience with Service, SOF, and Joint doctrine, planning, operations, training, and exercises.
- Experience communicating exercise design details with operational level planners, staff, and commanders; interagency partners, and partner nation planners.
- Outstanding communication skills, influencing abilities, and client focus.
- Professional proficiency in English.
- Proficiency using all Microsoft Office applications.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain company liability insurance.
- Ability to access federal facilities in compliance with Real .
- Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full‑time basis. No work‑visa sponsorship.
- Experience directly supporting SOCPAC and understanding theater‑specific operations, joint SOF operations, and mission‑focused readiness.
- Prior SOF (O4‑O6/E7‑E9/CW3‑CW5).
- Completion of Service or Joint Senior Professional Military Education or Enlisted equivalent preferred.
- 4 years developing operational products to support GCC and TSOC SOF/CT exercises.
- 4 years researching and integrating current operations to develop complex scenarios, studies, and analysis related to SOF core activities for all geographic areas.
- 4 years communicating exercise design details with operational level planners, staff, and commanders; interagency partners, and partner nation planners.
