Leidos is seeking an Integrated Master Scheduler to support the Indo-Pacific Logistics and Sustainment Services (ILS2) Program Management Office (PMO). In this role, you will develop, maintain, analyze, and communicate integrated schedules that support the successful planning and execution of complex projects across multiple locations, mission partners, and functional areas.

Your work will provide program leadership and Government customers with the schedule visibility and analysis needed to understand priorities, identify dependencies and risks, coordinate resources, and make informed decisions.
This is an opportunity for an experienced scheduler or project controls professional to apply their expertise to a dynamic, mission-focused program supporting logistics, facilities, deployment, sustainment, and emerging operational requirements across the Indo-Pacific region.
- Develop, maintain, and manage the ILS2 Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and supporting project schedules across multiple concurrent projects, locations, and task areas.
- Partner with Project Plan Managers, Resource Managers, Task Leads, and technical teams to develop executable schedules incorporating activities, milestones, dependencies, deliverables, resource requirements, and Government decision points.
- Integrate individual project schedules into the program-level IMS, providing program leadership and Government stakeholders with visibility into execution across the ILS2 enterprise.
- Perform critical-path, schedule health, variance, trend, and risk analyses to identify emerging constraints and recommend actions to mitigate schedule and execution risk.
- Monitor performance against approved schedule baselines and develop forecasts, status reports, dashboards, metrics, and executive-level briefings that provide actionable insight into program performance.
- Identify and manage cross-project dependencies involving logistics, facilities, deployment, training, sustainment, mission support, workforce resources, Government organizations, mission partners, teammates, and vendors.
- Coordinate with Resource Managers and project leadership to identify staffing and resource requirements, availability, dependencies, and constraints that could affect project execution.
- Support development of Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), project plans, milestones, deliverables, and other program and project management artifacts.
- Perform what-if and scenario analyses to evaluate the schedule impacts of changing priorities, resource constraints, emerging requirements, contingency operations, and surge requirements.
- Participate in project reviews, planning sessions, risk reviews, and other program management activities, providing schedule analysis and recommendations to support informed decision-making.
