This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Representative based in Aiea, HI. The Customer Service Representative will handle day-to-day tasks such as addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, providing product information, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include documenting customer interactions, processing orders efficiently, and maintaining a high standard of customer experience in alignment with company values.

• Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction
• Experience in delivering exceptional Customer Experience and maintaining high levels of Client Engagement
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment
• Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems is a plus
• Problem-solving abilities and adaptability in addressing unique customer needs
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in related fields is a plus
