Job Overview: As a Customer Service Representative at Menehune Water Company, you will be at the forefront of our customer service efforts, ensuring our clients receive exceptional service and support. You will play a key role in addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information to our valued customers.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement:
Build and maintain positive relationships with our customers, addressing their questions, concerns, and needs in a courteous and professional manner. - Order Processing:
Efficiently process customer orders, schedule deliveries, and coordinate delivery routes to ensure timely service. - Problem Resolution:
Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns, resolving issues promptly and effectively to ensure customer satisfaction. - Product Knowledge:
Develop a strong understanding of our product offerings and services to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers. - Billing and Invoicing:
Assist with billing inquiries, payment processing, and invoice reconciliation. - Record Keeping:

Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Prior customer service experience is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
