• Greet members, prospective members, and guests, providing exceptional customer service.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner, and elevate to Assistant Manager or Manager as needed.
• Handle all front‑desk related activities: answer phones, assist callers, check members into the system, process new member sign‑ups, give prospective members tours, facilitate updates to member accounts, close shift for the business day, and create a bank deposit for the next day.
• Assist in maintaining the neatness and cleanliness of the club, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment, Black Card spa amenities, restrooms, and performing a comprehensive walk of all club areas to quickly fix any safety or policy issues and address cleanliness concerns.

• Customer service background preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Passion for fitness and health.
• Upbeat and positive attitude.
• Punctuality and reliability required.
• Ability to work overnights.
• Exceptional customer service skills; interact positively and professionally with members and co‑workers, exceeding member expectations.
• Strong listener with empathy and problem‑solving ability.
• Diplomacy in all interactions with appropriate behavior and language.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.

• Continual standing and walking during shift.
• Continual talking in person or on the phone during shift.
• Ability to work 3rd shift (overnights).
• Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Exposure to toxic chemicals during shift.
• Perform tasks requiring bending, climbing, balancing, kneeling, crouching, and twisting.
