Dental Care at Pearlridge is a well‑established dental practice in the small community of Aiea, HI. We are a multi‑doctor office with rotating schedules, 10 operatories, and a dedicated team hungry to provide quality dentistry.

We are looking for a dentist who is motivated, clinically excellent, willing to learn, and looking for a long‑term home with partnership potential. We provide comprehensive family and cosmetic dentistry in a very welcoming fashion. Our patients are loyal and experiencing growing demand.

• Up to 37% of production
• $25,000 relocation & sign‑on bonus available for full time

• Monday, Tuesday, Friday 7 am – 4 pm
• Every other Thursday 9 am – 7 pm
• Every other Saturday 8 am – 5 pm

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Active Hawaii state dental license
• Solid clinical foundation in all aspects of general dentistry
• Experience in pediatric, endodontic, or surgical procedures is a plus
• Strong communication skills and a patient‑centered mindset
