UAS Robot Integration Trainer

MANTECH seeks motivated, career and customer-oriented UAS Robot Integration Trainers to join our team in Oahu Hawaii. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Drafts and develops instructional materials for unmanned aircraft systems (UAS) and robotic platforms to support mission-critical skill development.
• Maintain current knowledge of industry standards for autonomous systems to ensure training relevance and technical accuracy.
• Prepare and distribute training assessments to monitor the progress of personnel undergoing integration certification.
• Facilitates the integration of autonomous platforms into theater logistics distribution networks in the Pacific AOR.
• Develop and maintain training SOPs tailored to the employment of UASs in expeditionary and contested environments.
• Prepare technical status updates for training events and coordinate with Mission Partners to validate robotic system interoperability.
• Takes direction, guidance, and mentoring from more senior staff.

Minimum Qualifications:

Midlevel

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Robotics, Education, or a related field and 3+ years of position-relevant experience (additional experience may be substituted in lieu of education).
• Foundational proficiency in operating and maintaining unmanned robotic systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in a related field and 7+ years of position-relevant experience.
• FAA Part 107 Small UAS Remote Pilot certification or equivalent military qualification.

Clearance Required:

• Must hold an active Secret Clearance

Physical Requirements:

• The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
• Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
